What are you looking for today?

> My Approach

I help coaches go beyond surface-level skills, developing deep self-awareness, psychological insight, and the confidence to navigate complexity. My approach is rooted in years of coaching experience across industries, cultures, and seniority levels—from C-suite executives to emerging leaders. And in teaching, supervising and training many hundreds of executive coaches.

I understand what it takes to build a coaching practice that is both impactful, sustainable and relevant. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to deepen your work, I offer a space for reflection, challenge, and growth—helping you refine your approach, develop resilience, and find your authentic style as a coach.

Coaching doesn’t exist in a vacuum. I integrate systemic thinking, climate awareness, and the realities of today’s world into my work, helping coaches bridge inner transformation with outer impact. Through all of my work, I explore what it means to coach with depth, purpose, and relevance in a rapidly changing world.

Highly qualified in a number of different modalities, I am also accredited with a number of the leading coaching bodies.

A thoughtful and compassionately challenging voice within coaching, I’m helping evolve the profession. To move further away from performance and prescription. To honour its psychological and spiritual heritage, and to become relevant to the crises and opportunities we face today.

If you’re a coach looking for meaningful guidance on your own journey, I’m here to help.

Supervision can be conducted one-to-one or in group settings and is typically led by an experienced coaching supervisor. It is widely recognized in professional coaching bodies like the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC) as an essential part of a coach’s ongoing development.

> One-to-One Supervision

One-to-One Supervision

Working 1:1 gives you more time to explore and unpack your topics. In my experience the more space and intimacy of 1:1 works allows deeper reflections, also often bringing a little more space and depth to the work.

Informed by my relational approach, I prefer to work across a year with supervises. Offering regular and consistent sessions at the time of day and day of the week that will best support your learning and development.

A typical session will involve:

  • Contracting

  • Exploring your topics

  • A combination of coaching, support, challenge and mentoring / advice - perhaps a creative technique

  • Reflections

It is a place to share, unpack, resolve and think through. But also a place to grow, develop, learn and expand.

“Coaching supervision with George was an absolute delight and exceeded my expectations in every way.  I was immediately put at ease, and his style resonated with me due to our shared values and his flexible approach to coaching."

Mentor Coaching

Mentor Coaching

Mentor Coaching is a term popularised by the ICF. It specifically involves receiving feedback on your coaching – either live or recorded – by a more experiences and qualified coach. With the ICF, this feedback is aligned to their 8 core competencies. In some senses it is similar to supervision. But it prioritises the performance of the coach,

 in-the-moment experience of coaching.

ICF requires mentor coaching - for your first credential and ongoing renewal. But more than a requirement, it’s a vital space to grow.

With George, you’ll deepen your presence, build real confidence, and uncover blind spots with care and challenge. His feedback is precise and compassionate, guiding you to coach with greater depth and authenticity.

Expect fresh insights, new techniques, and honest reflection to help you evolve as both coach and person.

The students of George's mentor coaching program hold a 100% pass rate for the ICF ACC examinations.

Maria K.

Through mentor coaching, I received much more than I expected. Besides becoming familiar with the ICF competencies and practicing them extensively, I reconsidered my coaching journey, where I want to be, and how I want to coach. I found George’s style both supportive and challenging. It wasn't purely mentorship, as I had plenty of space for reflection and self-learning.

Thanks to this program, I got everything I needed: hands-on practice based on ICF requirements, valuable feedback, an overview of the exam process, and the opportunity to discuss every step of the accreditation procedure.

I highly recommend partnering with George.
