Hi, I'm George Warren Executive Coach.
I founded The Edge of Coaching as a movement for coaches who choose depth over superficiality - with the goal to create a community passionate about exploring the psychological foundations of human transformation.
With a blend of deep psychological insight and modern practices, I work across corporate, public, and nonprofit sectors, guiding leaders and teams toward greater self-awareness and clarity. Whether in the boardroom, on Zoom, or walking in nature, my approach is grounded, challenging, and deeply human.
I'm especially drawn to support leadership during times of crisis, coaching and teaching on the psychology of change, exploring how we cultivate resilience and harness the power of hope in uncertain times.
